World Forum on Access to Land

The FMAT brought together 400 participants from 70 countries from 31/03 to 2/04 2016 in Valencia, Spain. Ten years after the World Forum on Agrarian Reform and the ICARRD, this forum, convened by AGTER and CERAI, facilitated exchanges between civil society organizations, researchers, elected officials, representatives of international and national governmental organizations. It has led to significant advances in various areas.

The main results, final declaration, conclusions of the 13 workshops and the full proceedings of the forum are now available here on this website and also at landaccessforum.org/

Partners and Authors

AGTER’s main partner in building this knowledge base has been the CHARLES LEOPOLD MAYER FOUNDATION for the Progress of Humankind (FPH). The writing (or re-using) of more than 1000 articles (a constantly increasing number) by AGTER’s members has involved many collaborations and support from other foundations, civil society organizations, national or international public organizations.
